Katherine Palms is the Operations Manager of the MI Farm Co-Op and the Director of the Leelanau Wellness Collective. She is the Author of a Face Yoga Guide, and creator of the first wellness weekend retreats in Leelanau County. Katherine leads a variety of wellness classes. She also loves to team up with local entrepreneurs to promote healthy lifestyles and resilient communities.
